Overview
For this project, The Webplant collaborated with a marketing agency to implement a large-scale HubSpot CMS website for a financial services organization. The project required migrating a significant volume of content while introducing a structured system to manage complex datasets across multiple pages.
The key objective was to move over 400+ pages into a new HubSpot architecture while preserving data accuracy and ensuring the platform remained organized and scalable. The site also required handling relationships between multiple datasets, making it necessary to design a structured database-driven content system.
To support this, we developed a custom HubSpot CMS solution powered by HubDB, enabling dynamic content management and automated page generation. This architecture allows the client to manage large volumes of structured content efficiently while maintaining a consistent user experience across the website.

HubDB Data Architecture
HubDB tables were designed to manage structured datasets and relationships between different content types. This allowed dynamic data to be rendered across multiple sections of the website.
Dynamic Page Rendering
Custom modules and templates were developed to dynamically display data from HubDB tables. This approach reduces manual content management and keeps information synchronized across pages.
Modular CMS Structure
