Overview

For this confidential engagement, The Webplant partnered with a national service provider to design and develop a HubSpot-powered digital platform that supports both customer education and event-driven engagement.

The organization required a system capable of managing large volumes of event data, location-based search, and automated user registrations, while remaining simple for internal teams to operate without ongoing development support.

Our approach combined HubSpot CMS flexibility with advanced CRM functionality, delivering a seamless experience for website visitors while giving internal teams the tools they needed to manage and scale the platform efficiently.

Custom Data Architecture

We developed a structured CMS architecture using HubSpot custom objects and structured data models to manage events, locations, and registrations efficiently.

This approach allows internal teams to easily add and update event listings without requiring developer intervention.

Dynamic Event Discovery System

We implemented advanced filtering functionality that enables users to quickly locate relevant seminars based on parameters such as:

Multi-Step Registration Experience

A multi-step registration form was developed and integrated with HubSpot Workflows to streamline the event registration process.

Dedicated Event Microsite

In addition to the primary website, we developed a separate branded microsite specifically optimized for event discovery and seminar registrations.

The platform integrates directly with HubSpot CRM to support:
