A comforting bowl of slow-cooked red lentils infused with turmeric, garlic, and cumin, served over fragrant jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk. This dish supports digestion and warms the soul.
A rainbow of roasted vegetables — beets, carrots, zucchini, and sweet potato — paired with quinoa, sesame tofu, and a tahini-ginger dressing. High in fiber, protein, and color therapy.
A restorative sipping broth made with seaweed, medicinal mushrooms, and wild greens gathered from the retreat grounds. Served warm in the evening to calm the nervous system.
Every dish is prepared in small batches by our retreat chefs, who view cooking as a sacred act of service. We bless each meal before serving, encouraging guests to eat slowly, with gratitude and presence.
Much of what we serve is grown in our on-site garden, cultivated with organic methods and love. Guests are welcome to walk through the garden and witness where their meals begin — in the soil, in the sunlight, and in the care of our team.
In addition to daily meals, we also offer seasonal cooking workshops where guests learn to prepare some of our favorite retreat recipes at home, carrying the spirit of Zentara into their everyday kitchens.
